About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own and execute recruitment across the firm while developing into a trusted advisor to leaders. This role plays a key part in delivering a strong candidate experience, building future talent pipelines, and supporting the firm’s evolving talent strategy. 
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this is a hands-on, full-cycle recruitment role with exposure to experienced hires, campus recruitment, and employer branding initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Talent Partnership
·       Manage end-to-end recruitment for experienced and early-career roles, from intake through offer
·       Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and business needs
·       Provide informed guidance throughout the recruitment process
·       Deliver a professional, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience
·       Build and maintain talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs
·       Support HR initiatives such as onboarding and orientation

Sourcing, Tools & Market Insight
·       Use LinkedIn Recruiter extensively to source and engage passive talent
·       Manage recruitment workflows within the ATS, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
·       Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, source of hire)
·       Stay current on labour market and industry trends
Campus Recruitment
·       Support and execute the firm’s campus recruitment strategy for co-op students, interns, and new graduates
·       Build relationships with universities, colleges, faculty and career centres across the GTA
·       Coordinate and attend campus events and networking initiatives
·       Travel within the GTA during peak recruitment periods (including some evenings)
 
Employer Brand & Outreach
·       Support employer branding efforts through LinkedIn and recruitment marketing initiatives
·       Assist in developing recruitment content aligned with the firm’s culture and values
·       Build relationships with external networks and agencies, as needed

What You Bring
·       2-4 years of progressive, full-cycle recruitment experience (professional services preferred)
·       Campus recruitment experience within accounting, finance, or professional services
·       Proven ability to manage searches independently
·       Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
·       Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills
·       High level of accountability, ownership, and discretion
·       Post-secondary diploma or bachelor's degree

Compensation
Salary Range: $72,000 - $92,000 annually, based on experience and skills
